透過產學合作協助台灣中小企業（SMEs）發展永續。
✓ 讓中小企業擺脫非國際機構正式成員或未受ESG標準強制規範、資源較少的處境。
✓ 鼓勵中小企業參與永續發展，並將其列入優先清單。

1. 從「ESG組織內部管理的角度」，協助中小企業：
(1) 根據其核心能力和所屬產業的機會，制定企業的永續商業策略；
(2) 透過成本效益分析，執行永續活動。
因此，中小企業能夠：
(1) 為其內部管理，累積關鍵的永續發展資料；
(2) 提升企業的商業價值。

2. 從「國際ESG揭露標準的角度」，協助中小企業：
(1) 了解適用的標準；
(2) 建立ESG的路徑圖，確立ESG揭露與認證的方向。
因此，中小企業可以：
(1) 順利適應不斷變化的全球商業環境；
(2) 提升其參與永續實務的競爭力；
