Criteria & Methodology
This evaluation is primarily based on three different scoring methods, calculating the average based on rankings, and finally obtaining the overall evaluation ranking for each company. The three methods are:
- Coding Team
- Scholar and Expert Reviewers
- Text Mining
Since different Coding team members and scholar and expert reviewers have different scoring scales, to avoid the evaluation results being affected by extreme values, this evaluation converts the scores from Coding team members, scholar and expert reviewers, and Text Mining into rankings, calculates the average ranking, and sorts by this average. The formula is as follows:
After calculating the comprehensive average through the above formula, this evaluation ranks companies based on the comprehensive average. Companies with smaller numbers have better overall rankings, with the company with the smallest number being the best evaluated company. The top 20% of companies are award-winning organizations, recognized at the awards ceremony in September 2024. The three scoring methods are described below:
